The property is either rented out as a fully self-catering unit or as a per room basis. All linens and towels are 100% cotton and bathroom products are available.

The kitchen and common area is fully equipped, and includes cable TV, fridge, stove toaster, microwave, filtered water, spices, and all necessary cooking and eating utensils. A “NON-SMOKING” policy is prohibited indoors.

Our cottage is serviced twice a week and parking is available inside a fenced yard.

We are located 24 miles from the Phillip Goldson International Airport, and we offer the following services for a fee: Airport transfers, Birding tour recommendations and bookings.
